How to Cancel Your Order:
- Cancellation Before Shipment: You can easily cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse. To do this, simply go to your dashboard, find the order in the ‘My Orders’ section, and select the ‘Cancel’ option.
- Immediate Confirmation: Once you request a cancellation, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been canceled, provided it has not yet been shipped.
- Refund Process: After cancellation, if your payment has already been processed, we will initiate a refund immediately. Please refer to our ‘Refund Policy’ for detailed information on how refunds are handled.
If the Order Has Shipped:
- 15-Day Return Window: If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry – you still have options. You can return the item within 15 days of receiving it. Please refer to our ‘Return Policy’ for guidance on how to return an item.
- Return Process: To return a shipped item, please follow the steps outlined in our ‘Return Policy’, including filling out the return form in our Returns Center and sending the item back to the address provided.
- Handling Returns: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or as Pandahaul store credit.
